When I signed up for Typepad I did so without really knowing what for... so I elected the simplest route to achieve signup. By signing up using my Google account instead of creating one specific to Typepad. The other reason I created my account using my Google account is that I've always been very opposed to the single signon concept and have been curious as to why others like it so much.
I thought that creating a throw away account on something called Typepad would be the best opportunity to try out single signon. It's too bad following that I ended up creating a blog here, because now I have some kind of XML data available for anyone to download over there.
I'm not concerned about this for security, but more of a "look at how ugly that link is" kind of way. I tried to get rid of it but apparently that linked account data is necessary in order for me to login here now so I cannot delete it.
Single signon you've finally done it to me! This is the result of you. I knew this day would be here sooner or later.
